Step 1: Surface Preparation
We started by thoroughly prepping the steel, removing any contaminants and ensuring a clean surface for maximum adhesion. Proper prep work is key to a long-lasting finish.
Step 2: Primer Application
A strong, corrosion-resistant primer was applied to give the steel long-term protection. This not only seals the surface but provides a solid base for the topcoat to bond to.
Step 3: Final Topcoat in Custom Green
The job was finished with a 2K polyurethane topcoat in a bold custom green. This coating offers excellent durability, chemical resistance, and a clean, professional appearance — ideal for industrial environments.
