Marine Jet Drive Components – Protective Coating
These reverse duct components from a marine jet drive unit were supplied to JP Spraying for preparation and protective coating.
The fabricated parts were fully prepared before being coated in a high-performance marine coating system, designed to provide corrosion protection and a durable finish suitable for marine operating environments.
Marine propulsion components operate in demanding conditions where coatings must withstand moisture exposure, saltwater environments and general operational wear. Achieving a consistent finish on components with complex geometry requires careful preparation and controlled coating application to ensure full coverage across edges, recesses and internal surfaces.
For this project, a multi-coat marine protective system was applied to provide long-term durability and corrosion resistance while maintaining a clean professional appearance.
At JP Spraying, we regularly undertake coating work for:
-
Marine propulsion components
-
Fabricated steel assemblies
-
Engineering components
-
Industrial machinery parts
-
Structural fabrications and refurbishment projects
Our coating systems are designed to deliver durability, corrosion resistance and a high-quality finish, helping ensure components remain protected while maintaining a professional appearance.
If you have marine equipment, fabricated parts or engineering components requiring protective coatings, our team would be happy to assist.
