Wet Spraying Process – Built for Quality & Durability
A high-quality finish doesn’t just come from the final coat — it comes from the full process behind it.
At JP Spraying, every job follows a structured system to ensure consistency, durability, and performance across all components.
Colour & Specification:
We match to RAL, BS or customer samples, and work to DEF STAN, ISO or project specifications where required. Each coating system is selected based on environment, use, and required performance, ensuring the correct film build from the start.
Preparation
Preparation is key to any lasting finish. All components are thoroughly cleaned and degreased, then sanded or abraded to create a suitable key. Any required masking is carried out carefully to protect critical areas and maintain tolerances.
Prime & Topcoat
Once prepared, components are coated using professional spray equipment. Primers are applied for adhesion and corrosion resistance, followed by durable topcoats applied to specified micron levels for both protection and appearance.
This process allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes across a wide range of industrial and specialist projects.
