At JP Spraying, we are able to bring professional finishes to even the largest of components. Our latest project involved a massive turntable & base stand, destined for a critical engineering applciaton. Here’s how we transformed raw metal into a fully protected and professionally coated product.
The Challenge:
These two components arrived into our workshop in raw, untreated steel. Weighing several hundred kilos, with a diameter of two metres. They required expert handling and full surface treatment to ensure both visual appeal and long term protection.
OUR PROCESS:
Surface Preperation: We started by thoroughly cleaning and degreasing both items, followed by a rough abrasion.
Masking & Priming: Masking was applied where needed, and after which we applied a premium two pack epoxy primer for long lasting protection.
Top Coat: Finally, we applied a 15 year long lasting high protection industrial epoxy top coat in RAL 6011 Reseda Green.
Results:
A Flawless, high-gloss finish.
Durable protection.
High quality, 0 imperfection finish.
